This Platform doesn’t entertain or run any fund-raising programs or on any motto of money collection platform. In the early days, information was sent only on postcards. Later it was sent through mediums like post letter, telegram, money order, electronic money order, call, SMS, WhatsApp. With the improvement in technology, it has now reached the website which increases more clarity, information, visibility. The use of technology and ease of methods have helped in connecting everyone with the services/blessings of God. This platform collects only in the context of personal services/abhishek/religious rituals/programs, “not as donations or depictions on behalf of a TEMPLE“. For which we do not have the authority and this website does not give priority to such activities.
The Pooja/Seva amount received in this website or platform will be directly credited into the bank account of Tuljabhavani Pujari Dhanraj Karde Patil.
The Pooja/Archana/Sevas which are being performed by Devotees through the Tulja Bhavani Pujari Dhanraj Karde-Patil on complete trust/Shraddha/Bhakti/devotion and hence forth no one has forced to do so.
We (Devotee) are unable to come to perform the Pooja personally by visiting to Tuljapur so we are requesting the Pujaris to perform the same for us on our behalf in our name.
The Pooja amount consists of Temple official Pooja receipt (If Applicable), Pooja Samagri (Kumkum, Haladi, Fruits, Coconut, Flowers, Saffron, Beetle leaves, Milk, curd, Honey, Sugar, {Other un mentioned Pooja ingredients as well }, Priest Dakshina, Service Charge, Prasad Packing charges, Prasad Handling Charges, Prasad dispatching charges and any unforeseen charges if arise at some situations etc.
These Pooja’s/Seva’s/Services are performed by priests and payments are being made to Tulja Bhavani Pujari Dhanraj Karde-Patil directly and not to any Trust/ Sansthan/Temple directly, hence 80G exemption for availing Income Tax Benefit is not available for the same.
Since its a purely religious service which is on Business-Customer module, claiming of GST input credit is not applicable.
Rescheduling of Pooja/Seva and other rituals can be done by prior intimation of eight (8) days can be done by informing over call only since the seva once added are unable to modify in our portal or system and for the same arrangements were already made , its better to have verbal communication and WhatsApp message with Dakshina Receipt Number details with priest on the same. It will be the priests discretionary right to for agreeing to perform the Seva on that day according to availability priests/Brahmins/other aspects which are necessary to accomplish Seva.
Suppose if by chance devotees pay Dakshina and select the current/future date and Pooja/Seva/Service and if Pujari not available for that time to perform Seva, then in that case mentioned Seva will be done on next immediate date/day depend on Priest/Seva availability.
The Dakshina receipt for the Payment made on this website shall be sent immediately after successful transaction to the mentioned email-id and Phone Number by means of EMAIL/WhatsApp/SMS.
Devotees agreed and aware that there is no force or any pressure made by any of priests to perform the Seva and devotees choosing the Seva with own wish and good faith.
The Panditji’s Pooja/Archana/Abhishek services are exempted from GST as per the notification No 12/2017- Central Tax rates dated 28th June 2017 by Government of India, Ministry of finance department of revenue New Delhi so no GST have been applied to any Seva’s or Dakshina’s which collected here in this portal.
The Seva’s which are performed by priests doesn’t provide assurance of Online Darshan/Physical darshan/Video recording/photos to shoot while performing of Poojas (Abhishek/Seva/Service images can be provided on request personally to priests by informing well in advance).
Converting of any online Seva to physical Seva is not Permissible until and unless priest agrees for the same with prior information and Confirmation. (Not Possible under any circumstances on Dusshera, Navratri, Full moon day, Amavasya, Chaitra Purnima, National holidays, Continuous holidays, long weekends, Crowdy Days, Festivals. Any other day at the discretion of Priest) Devotees are given complete freedom to cancel their Seva and get their refund in these circumstances if they wish to get converted in these days and couldn’t accomplish even after Seva date if requested priest for the same.)
SINCE EVERY RELIGIOUS RITUALS ARE DEPENDENT ON DIFFERENT FACTORS/PEOPLE/PERSON/ PRIEST AVAILABILITY, SO DEVOTEES ARE BINDED WITH BELOW EXTRA CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO EACH POOJA CATEGORY WISE, DEVOTEES ARE REQUESTED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH PRIEST TULJABHAVANI PUJARI DHANRAJ KARDE PATIL IF THEY HAVE ANY CONCERN IN THIS REGARD.

CONDITIONS FOR ALL ABHISHEK POOJA
Abhishek Puja is performed on the original idol of Shri Tulja Bhavani Devi. Due to this, devotees are not allowed to remain in the Garbharuha for an extended time.
Devotees are strictly prohibited from touching the Murti (idol). You may offer your Namaskar by bowing your head on the silver Sinhasan.
After the main Abhishek Puja inside the temple, other rituals such as Oti and Arti will be performed outside the Garbharuha. Please follow the instructions of the pujari.
All devotees must wait in the queue for the Abhishek Puja. On average, it may take an hour or more to reach the Garbharuha after joining the queue.
By selecting a date and proceeding with the booking, you agree to follow all the above conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR LEGAL COMPLICATIONS AND SERVICE DEFICIENCY
Any issue pertaining to products/services might reach out to us within 8 days for the products purchased order date or 7 days after the seva date. Delayed issues/complaints or long previous issues/escalations will not be entertained.
Before starting any legal complications, a show-cause notice has to be served to us by a registered legal practitioner Advocate duly with proper time.
Any dispute arising out of service or service deficiencies or in connection with this shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Consumer Forum at Dharashiv Jurisdiction Maharashtra State only.

Devotees who have made reservations for poojas through our website (https://www.mytuljabhavani.com) are kindly requested to communicate any cancellation requests prior to the commencement of the scheduled pooja. In such instances, a full refund will be processed promptly within 1 day.

For E-Prasad –

For devotees who have not yet received the puja prasad, we encourage them to report the issue by mailing us on support@mytuljabhavani.com or by calling on +91-8329161615. Upon thorough verification of the provided information, we will ensure the prompt re-dispatch of the prasad.

POOJA BOOKING
Online Pooja can book minimum one or two days before of the Pooja date or maximum three months from current (today’s) date. • You can perform Pooja for yourself or for the relatives, friends or family also.
Pooja Prasad will be delivered at your doorstep after Pooja performed.
You will get booking SMS, Email and call directly from Tuljabhavani Pujari regarding Pooja.
If you want to change or modify the Pooja date please inform us one or two days before the Pooja date.
When booking puja services, kindly provide your complete name, address, and contact number for convenient prasad delivery.
Prasad from online pujas will be dispatched exclusively through the Indian Post Office via Speed Post.
Please be aware that prasad for specific pujas like Naivadyam Puja will not be dispatched.
Note that passes such as Abhishek pass, entry pass, dharmadarshan pass, mukhadarshan pass, and paid darshan passes are not available for booking with puja services. For Abhishek Pooja and Sinhasan Mahapooja if passes are available to reservation then we will guild or we will book pass behalf to yours Obtain these passes directly from the temple or through the temple’s website.
If you wish to cancel a booked puja, notify us before the scheduled time, and your amount will be refunded.
Pujas and services booked through our website are conducted within the temple premises and at Shri Kshetra Tuljapur.
