Since its a purely religious service which is on Business-Customer module, claiming of GST input credit is not applicable. Rescheduling of Pooja/Seva and other rituals can be done by prior intimation of eight (8) days can be done by informing over call only since the seva once added are unable to modify in our portal or system and for the same arrangements were already made , its better to have verbal communication and WhatsApp message with Dakshina Receipt Number details with priest on the same. It will be the priests discretionary right to for agreeing to perform the Seva on that day according to availability priests/Brahmins/other aspects which are necessary to accomplish Seva. Suppose if by chance devotees pay Dakshina and select the current/future date and Pooja/Seva/Service and if Pujari not available for that time to perform Seva, then in that case mentioned Seva will be done on next immediate date/day depend on Priest/Seva availability.
